As, promised. Here's the finished artwork for Ronny Turiaf's Training Camp t-Shirt. I really like how it came out, and more importantly Ronny and co. liked it. There are some things I wanted done differently, but he knew what he wanted and I delivered that to him.

War is hell on the front lines. Lettering a sample for BOOM! Studios. Hope they dig it, would love to work with them. Wrote a cover letter and have put together a packet for Dark Horse. Updated my inking portfolio. Working on colors for a book for BlueWaterProductions. Did some editing of the Stay Dead novel. Sent out tons of emails. Bout to do some more inking for a pitch some friends and I are putting together. On my second pot of coffee and can't wait to go to sleep. Hot damn.

The shit has just hit the fan. It's actually pretty fucked, and my mind is still reeling from the impact. I'm going to see how many different ways I can spell fucked. FUCKED, Fuck'd, FUCT, Fucted… be back in a bit, this might take me a while.

I think I'm going to make this a regular post, since I can easily see how freelancing is a war. Jacob has gone down for his nap, I've checked my email, sent out some queries, checked the blogs I follow, and am now about to get back to editing my Stay Dead novel. Once that's done, I have a pitch to ink, almost done with the first page, than some comic strips to write for a new project coming up that I think readers of this blog and horror comic fans will greatly appreciate.
I've been sketching a lot and I'd scan them in and post them, but my old scanner doesn't work with my mac. So, that's awesome. Hopefully this week or the next I will have a scanner again and can get back to posting art on the regular.

Tis sunday and I don't have to go to work tomorrow. However, I have no idea when I'll be getting work. I got a nice check from all of my unused vacation days, but that'll only give me a few weeks of a safety net, so suffice to say, I'm terrified, but excited. Now, if you have any work for me, hit me up!
